Adult Staff are the back bone of the Air Training Corps. They can get involved in a wide range of activities- from being part of the day to day running of a squadron by teaching cadets, running projects, facilitating adventure training, running flying and gliding schools, or to being chaplains and squadron committee members.

 

All adult staff roles are voluntary with lots of opportunities for staff to gain experience, get qualifications, build confidence and be part of a large team who all look after each other.
